William Miguel

William Miguel is a current first-year Biology student at the University of Massachusetts in Lowell while also being involved in his communities. From a young age, he has enjoyed taking on active leadership roles like the TEEEN Program where his colleagues & he educated patients on the significance of a healthy lifestyle. In high school, he spent time in Framingham, MA assisting elderly residents at Bethany Health Center as well as the neighboring school. Recently, he has dedicated his time volunteering at Red Cross blood drives by communicating with donors and guaranteeing a pleasant visit. Evidently, through all his experiences, William demonstrates a passion to serve others which he hopes to do as an emergency room doctor one day. In addition to all this, he enjoys playing soccer with others, going on walks by the Merrimack River with his family, and occasionally playing video games.
