Joseph Miller

Over the course of his career Joe Miller has worked in many different positions with many different agencies and employers. His expertise is in aquatic ecology. He has worked in aquatic systems in the Midwest, West Coast, and the Southeastern US. After taking advantage of different career opportunities Joe pursued a MS degree. He is currently a graduate student at the University of Central Arkansas working in aquatic systems throughout the Ozarks. His current thesis focuses on the status, occupancy, and detectability of the peppered shiner, a rare minnow that is declining in range and population. Upon completion of his MS he is looking forward to rejoining the workforce.
