Chloe Hansum

As a Colorado native, Chloe Hansum is a biology and environmental science major studying at Dordt University in Northwest Iowa. Growing up, Chloe spend a lot of time exploring the outdoors, especially the Rocky Mountains, and was involved in 4-H where she competed with her horse Beringer. She has an interest in wildlife conservation and studying how climate change is impacting marine ecosystems. At Dordt, Chloe enjoys leading the Science and Faith Club and being involved in the Sustainability Committee. After graduating from Dordt, she hopes to attend graduate school in marine biology. In her free time, Chloe enjoys reading, going on walks and hikes with her dog Posey, and spending time with family.
