Hispanic Access Announces Partnership with Sunbelt Rentals’ Juntos ERG to Support the MANO Project

Category: News Releases

Hispanic Access is excited to announce a new partnership with Sunbelt Rentals' Juntos Employee Resource Group (ERG) to support the MANO Project program. Juntos has made a significant monetary investment to advance the MANO Project’s mission to help the next generation of leaders build successful careers by connecting them with valuable workforce development opportunities.

The MANO Project bridges the gap between education and employment, empowering college students and young professionals to navigate the complexities of today’s dynamic job market. The MANO team discovers talented individuals and places them in roles that provide hands-on experience, skill development, and career growth opportunities. Since the program's inception, the MANO Project has connected more than 800 young professionals to paid internships and fellowships.

“This contribution from Juntos is especially meaningful because it represents the Latino community’s propensity toward generosity and solidarity,” said Nina Marti, Director of the MANO Project program. “By paying it forward, ensuring the next generation of professionals has access to career and socioeconomic development, Sunbelt is investing in the largest and fastest growing labor force today.”

Hispanic Access Foundation is committed to connecting Latinos and other communities with opportunities that improve lives and create an equitable society. The organization strives for a future where every Latino in America enjoys good health, a high-quality education, economic success, and civic engagement, ultimately contributing to a brighter future for all Americans.
