Lily Meienburg

Lily is an accomplished community activist and education enthusiast who uses her experiences to help others. She founded the Type Kind Anti-Bullying and Inclusivity Campaign to help youth struggling with bullying, and also to encourage awareness of Type 1 diabetes and other invisible disabilities. Self-funding her own education, she began early with College Credit Plus classes while in high school, earning two Associate degrees before beginning her senior year of high school. Lilian enjoys volunteering and giving back to her community, but her biggest passion she found while lobbying in the Ohio Statehouse, speaking to both the House and the Senate in regards to House Bill 37, a bill that deals with emergency prescription law. As a dedicated student, she made sure to get involved on campus and joined three committees, including the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, the Environmental Committee, and the Big Buckeye on Campus Committee within her sorority, to ensure fair and equal treatment of everyone, helping to create an environment where everyone belongs and feels welcome.
